Pull up the long private drive, open your doors breathe in the sea air, listen to the bird song and relax!

1.2 acres of garden and wood surround the house for your exclusive use, it is enclosed with 5ft stock fencing so you know your children and dogs can roam and play safely.

2,500sqft of newly renovated house await you with sea views, soft sofas, an entertaining kitchen, and super comfortable beds. A super king, The Lighthouse Suite, 2 kingsize, The Garden Room and The Beehive, and a zip link king, The Boathouse, that can also be 2 full-size single beds. All bedrooms have TVs and are ensuite with Rainfall showers and the Lighthouse Suite also has a double-ended roll-top bath.

No limit on the number of dogs, no silly breed restrictions and they are welcome in every room in the house (all wood floors). On sofas with your throws and on the beds with your bedding and duvets or for a small charge use our duvets and a warm outside shower for your dogs. We also have a separate fridge freezer for raw feeders and have details of a local stockist and a local dog sitter who will come to the house in our online guide.
Sea views from the house & garden, 4 locations including 2 with sea views for outside seating & a handmade fire pit in its own section of the garden.

Table tennis or table football tournaments in the games room? Toasting marshmallows around the handmade firepit? Water sports for all ages at the 3m long dog-friendly beach outside the village. Eating out in one of the 2 village pubs or taking a walk along the beach for more options.

A short drive away from more beaches, steam train & boat rides, castles & crab fishing, pubs, and restaurants & all with your dogs if you can tear yourself away.

Slapton with its 2 village pubs & community shop is between Dartmouth and Salcombe.
