Stunning log cabin, internally and externally built from wood. It feels like a Scandinavian lodge. Very warm, with central heating and that beautiful wood cabin scent as you enter. Spacious with 2 double bed rooms, and 1 twin single bed room. En-suite shower to master bedroom. 5 minute drive from Ilfracombe, 10 minute drive from Woolacombe. Sea views from its hillside position. Shop on site with a gastro pub just a 2 minute walk away.
The space
The entire building internally and externally is made from wood. You can smell the wood as soon as you enter, it’s a beautiful smell.
The cabin is very warm and cosy. Holding the heat well in the winter months with gas radiator heating.
The bedrooms are well laid out, with a Tv in every room, and freeview Tv available.
There is no WiFi, but the telephone signal is good, so you can hotspot your devices.
The main kitchen / lounge / dining area is a large open space, great for family events and interacting. It’s a beautiful lodge ideal for bringing the family together playing games and cooking / eating together.
This lodge is the kind of lodge where memories are made as a group or family.
It is a great place for a family escape over Christmas, to experience that warm log cabin atmosphere on a cold winters day, enjoying games and family interaction but also fantastic for summer fun .

The cabin has 1 private parking space at the front door. More parking can be found on the site near the main entrance.
Other things to note
The lodge is located on a private site with a restaurant and shop , further amenities are located nearby. There are very many beaches locally woolacombe, coombe Martin, Saunton sands, croyde ( which has free parking for national trust members) Lynton and Lynmouth and a short drive to the beautiful Exmoor. Many of the beaches are dog friendly as are a lot of the facilities . Great days out for the kids at the Big sheep , The milky way Exmoor zoo and coombe martin dinosaur and wildlife park.
